When Conga set out to recognize its top performers, they wanted more than a reward — they wanted an incentive trip that would be remembered for a lifetime. The destination: Reykjavik, Iceland, the land of fire and ice where the night sky comes alive with color.
For five unforgettable days, 65 top performers and their guests immersed themselves in a program designed with intention at every turn. From ATV rides on black sand beaches to cultural experiences that showcased the heart of Iceland, every detail was thoughtfully curated to spark connection and create lasting memories. Personalized touches throughout the journey ensured each guest felt seen, valued, and celebrated.
More than a recognition trip, Aspire 2025 became a catalyst for stronger relationships, deeper loyalty, and a renewed sense of pride across Conga’s global workforce.

Our Approach
To realize Conga’s bold vision, Better Together Productions stepped in as more than an event producer— we acted as a strategic partner, leading a complex, high-touch incentive trip from concept through execution.
Our role encompassed full-scale strategy and delivery: venue sourcing and contract management, activity and excursion design, international travel logistics, guest communications, and on-site production. We also developed a cohesive visual identity, created personalized pre-trip materials for every guest, and coordinated a mix of cultural and adventure-based programming in collaboration with our Icelandic DMC partner.
The result was an incentive trip that didn’t just celebrate achievement — it amplified it, delivering a recognition experience that reflected Conga’s values, strengthened connections, and inspired excellence long after the trip ended.

An icebreaker turned strangers into friends as attendees matched fun facts to fellow travelers, sparking laughter and connection throughout the trip.
Viking Welcome Dinner
The adventure began in true Nordic style. Viking reenactors welcomed guests into a longhouse filled with swords, shields, rustic décor, and the warmth of local food and drink.
Private Super Jeep Adventure
With expert guides, guests explored Thingvellir National Park, Kerid Crater, Fridheimar Tomato Farm, Gullfoss Waterfall, and Geysir Hot Spring. Stories of Icelandic history and folklore brought the Golden Circle to life.
Fire & Ice Awards Night
At Hotel Geysir, the grand finale dazzled with live music, ballet performers, and elemental cuisine. Amid the spectacle, heartfelt tributes honored each award recipient, blending awe with authenticity.
Northern Lights Celebration
The rooftop afterparty featured Icelandic snacks, warm drinks, a glowing dance floor, and wool blankets — the perfect setting to watch the Northern Lights and close out an unforgettable journey.
