Set against the lush landscape of the Papagayo Peninsula in Costa Rica, the five-day retreat brought 137 guests into an experience grounded in connection, restoration, and recognition. From the moment attendees arrived, the spirit of pura vida set the tone — encouraging presence, ease, and meaningful moments shared with colleagues from across the organization.
